Patient question
When logging discomfort related to premature beats, I noticed the time on my phone and the monitoring device don't match. How should I note this?

Keep the original records. Write down which clock was used when the discomfort occurred, and when you noticed the time difference and the approximate size of the difference. Do not batch-edit device data based on memory; if you are not sure whether the time difference was the same earlier, note that too. Give these notes to the monitoring team so they can cross-check symptom logs with device records.
