Even if the abnormality has resolved, it is not advisable to just observe at home or determine the cause on your own. Record the last known well time, the start and end times of the abnormality, specific symptoms, and medication use, and contact emergency services or undergo urgent medical evaluation as soon as possible; if the abnormality recurs, seek help immediately.
