Professional answer
You can keep a record of whether symptoms affect sleep, walking, work, caring for family members, or driving, as well as how many times you had to stop activities because of symptoms and how long it took to recover. Providing this functional impact together with the timing of episodes, heart rate readings, and medication use helps the doctor make a comprehensive assessment, but it does not replace necessary tests.
