You can take photos of the front and back of the medication boxes, prescriptions, and medication bags. Record the actual times you take the medications and whether you have missed any doses. Then cross-check using the prescribing hospital, pharmacy, or electronic medical records. Do not guess drug names based only on pill color or shape; for any medication you cannot confirm, clearly mark it as "pending verification."
