First review the discharge instructions regarding puncture site observation and contact information, and document the time the abnormality appeared and any changes. If there is persistent bleeding, rapidly increasing swelling, significant systemic discomfort, or any emergency listed in the discharge documents, immediately contact the procedural team or local emergency services. Do not attempt to forcibly manage it yourself.
