Check your discharge summary, appointment information, and the hospital patient portal. If still unclear, contact the procedure team, follow-up clinic, or hospital information desk and provide the procedure date and personal information. Do not cancel the follow-up on your own just because you currently have no discomfort. If you develop new chest pain, shortness of breath, fainting, or obvious abnormality at the puncture site, seek medical attention promptly.
